Torresak is the leader in bulk Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP). MAP has been used for many decades in the packaging industry to extend the shelf life of foods and perishable goods, and to preserve appealing flavor and colors.
The key to this concept is reducing the level of oxygen inside a hermetic package, and preventing the ingress of undesirable moisture and other gases that may degrade freshness. The package structure is designed with high barrier properties, to prevent the transfer of gases, liquids or vapor in or out of the package.
Herbsak
In the period between harvest and CBD processing, raw dried hem can lose up to 2% per month of essential aromatic CBD oils to evaporation.

Torresak
Torresak’s Modified Amosphere Packaging design removes oxygen from inside the bulk bag, which prevents rapid oxidation of the fresh, highly absorbent biochar.
Torresak is a special kind of bulk FBIC bag which is designed specifically for storing biochar. It is the only purpose-designed supersack for biochar available.
Third Generation Machine
This is a third generation machine, incorporating many design improvements found during the development process. This machine can package around 4 bags per hour, or over 1 ton of material, depending on the bulk density of the product. It is intended for dry bulk solid materials.
